RETURNS POLICY
Vinyl Countdown will only accept returns under the following conditions : Item(s) damaged/faulty prior to delivery; supplied incorrectly; Varies from the description provided on the website. Whenever possible, Vinyl Countdown will endeavour to replace any damaged or faulty goods; otherwise a full refund will be issued for the value of the damaged or faulty goods.
This policy observes obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (1993), and Fair Trading Act (1986).

DVD PURCHASES
All DVDs which have a classification rating of R13 or higher will have this rating listing next to the title. If you are under the age of the specified rating please do not purchase the DVD title – the responsibility of ensuring that you are the correct age to purchase a restricted title rests with the customer.
